As founder, President & CEO of SkillFusion Software, John Lee is responsible for overall corporate direction and operation.  He manages product development and oversees sales and marketing efforts.  Mr. Lee brings fifteen years of diverse entrepreneurial, manufacturing, and software development experience.  Mr. Lee continues as a key architect behind the development of SkillFusion Software's technology.  He is an expert in object modeling and database design and has been a key team member on over fifty software development projects within the past ten years, including numerous successful engagements with Johnson and Johnson, United Technologies, McKinsey Consulting, NCR, BAE Systems, Computer Associates, CounterIntuitive Software, Holden International, and many others.

Mr. Lee has extensive experience in automating business processes and group workflows in a variety of environments and industries.  He has led (and coded) development projects with relational / web / client-server front-ends of older mainframe systems, legacy-to-object translations (COBOL, RPG, MANMAN, PLB, and others), relational database foundations, client server systems, n-tier web applications, multi-tier replication architectures with disconnected tablet computers, and integration efforts with internal and external finance and ERP packages.  These projects were performed in a variety of industries, including Customer Relationship Management, Sales Force Automation, general manufacturing (discrete), product distribution, health care, and application service providers.

In addition, Mr. Lee has successfully implemented software systems for the securities industry, including projects with the Georgia Tech Alumni Association Investment Committee and several Atlanta, Georgia-based hedge funds and investment advisory firms.

Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Certificate in Economics and graduated with Highest Honors.


John Howard, CTO of IntegraSoft and lead developer of the SkillFusion software automation technologies.

Mr. Howard brings tremendous experience to his role as SkillFusion Software's Chief Technology Officer.  Mr. Howard has thorough experience in Internet, database, and object-oriented technologies.  Mr. Howard has led numerous successful software development teams through his seventeen years of software development.  John is an expert in software modeling and Model-View-Controller architecture.  He has considerable experience in software design and project leadership.

Mr. Howard has served as lead developer and architect of the development of the SkillFusion Development Engine, versions 2.0 - 5.0.  In addition, Mr. Howard has been a key team member on over fifty software development projects within the past ten years, including numerous successful engagements with NCR, BAE Systems, Lane Limited, Computer Associates, Embarcadero Technologies, Graphics Lab Software, Holden International, CounterIntuitive Software, and numerous others.
