Sales Representatives

SkillFusion Software is actively pursuing new sales representatives.  Each potential candidate should have a minimum of one year of successful enterprise software sales experience, including cold call experience, telephone sales, new product introduction, sales presentation experience, a successful history of meeting sales goals - and relentless energy and drive.

Quality Assurance

SkillFusion Software needs software quality assurance and software testing team members.  Senior quality assurance candidates should have a minimum of three years of software testing experience, including the design of test scripts, test use cases, and general software validation.  Junior quality assurance candidates should have a minimum of one year of related experience, including either software development, junior project management, or testing experience.

Software Engineers

SkillFusion Software continues to add to our development team.  We are looking for enthusiastic, productive developers.  You must understand object-oriented programming concepts, relational database design, and graphical user interface design.  You must be able to code in multiple languages productively and efficiently.  We have no appreciation for sloppy software code.  You must have precise attention to detail.  Your understanding of specific technologies is important, but technologies change rapidly.  The successful software engineering candidate MUST be able to learn and thoroughly understand new technologies.

Project Managers

All successful software development requires leadership.

Successful candidates for project management positions must be able to balance business requirements with technical implementation details.  SkillFusion Software project managers must present a professional appearance, management, and deliver results on time and on budget.  The successful project manager acts as an interface - and a barrier - between the customer, its many representatives and the development team.

Internally, the project manager must be able to plan for requirements analysis, system design, feature management, change request management, code freeze planning, quality assurance, delivery and training. Successful senior project management candidates should have a minimum of five years of software development and project management experience.
