Product Registration is required in order to use SkillFusion Software products.  Registration is not the same as activation.

As a registered user, SkillFusion Software may send you customized information and offers regarding future products, as well as provide you with improved product support and product update information.

During the registration process, the software will ask you for information, including your name and e-mail address   The information you enter into these fields will be sent to SkillFusion Software and stored in a database along with a registration code.  The registration code will be used to personally identify you.

SkillFusion Software does not share or sell your information with any third parties except companies acting as agents who perform services on behalf of SkillFusion Software.  We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service.  They are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

SkillFusion Software requires that you activate your SkillFusion Software product to verify that your installation is done with a genuine Skillfusion Software product.



During activation, the activation code and non-unique hardware identification are sent to SkillFusion Software.  The activation code is a unique number originally generated by a SkillFusion Software License Server.  The non-unique hardware identification represents the configuration of your PC at the time of activation.  The hardware identification does not include any personally identifiable information about you, any information about other software or data that may reside on your PC, or any information about the specific make or model of your PC.  The hardware identification identifies only the PC and is used solely for the purpose of activation.  If you modify your PC's hardware configuration, you may be required to activate your product again.

The activation code and machine-identifying information collected in the activation process will not be used to personally identify you and none of this information is shared with partners outside SkillFusion Software.  The information is stored in a controlled environment and access to this information by SkillFusion Software personnel is also limited.  This information is used strictly for the purposes of validating the license for your product.
